Marketing Copy
At T-Mobile, I wrote and edited copy for dozens of marketing campaigns and cross-channel initiatives. A typical project included multiple digital assets, ranging from homepage modules and landing pages to search banners and app content. They also required a high degree of collaboration with designers, marketing managers, and our legal team.
T-Mobile ONE™ Launch
This wireless plan launch required close partnership with our marketing managers and legal team to ensure the tax and fee details were entirely accurate—down to the cent. In addition to developing copy for the campaign, I worked with our designer to create a comparison chart that was easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile.
Plans Page Redesign
With this redesign effort, my designer and I were challenged to elevate and clarify the T-Mobile ONE plan benefits. Together, we determined a layout that paired easily recognizable emojis with short feature descriptions. I also found a way to incorporate an element of “surprise & delight” for our customers with a new comparison chart showcasing T-Mobile’s irreverent tone of voice.
